Purpose of the collection

SortSpin groups character selectors by work and media category. Names, images and labels help visitors identify the characters included in a selection. The tool makes random picks; it does not rank characters or speak for the rights holders.

Accuracy and corrections

Character names, images and categories can contain errors or become outdated. Corrections are reviewed when they include the page URL, the affected character or image, and a suggested change with a supporting source when available.

Selection principles

• Group characters by the work they appear in and the page category.
• Use clear names and labels in the available languages.
• Treat names and images as fan-oriented catalog material, not official statements from rights holders.
• Review reported errors in names, images and categories.
