About SortSpin
Learn what SortSpin is, who maintains it and how its character wheels, cards and boxes are organized for fast browser picks.
What SortSpin offers
SortSpin turns character image collections into wheels, cards and boxes for anime, games, TV, movies and pop culture. Each work page opens ready to spin: pick a mode, press the button and see who the pointer, the card or the box reveals.
The current modes cover a round wheel, a vertical portrait reel, five ranked slots, face-down cards, four corners and numbered color boxes. Nothing asks for an account.
Who maintains the site
The project is created and maintained by Kevin Henrique, a Brazilian publisher and developer behind international entertainment and learning projects including Suki Desu, SK Dojo and other web experiences.
The goal is to make random character picks fast, readable and easy to repeat on a phone during a conversation, a stream or a group decision.
How the pages are organized
- Archive pages group works by anime, games, TV and other pop culture categories.
- Work pages use character names and images as the slices, cards and boxes you spin.
- The site favors lightweight pages, local selection and clear correction paths over accounts or public scoreboards.
Why the site exists
Plenty of pages help people read about a work. SortSpin exists for the other moment: a group needs a name, a stream needs a random pick, or someone wants to see who the wheel chooses from a familiar cast.
The page should answer quickly. Which work is this, how do I spin, and who can come out of the wheel, the card or the box.
Relation to other projects
SortSpin sits next to TierVersus, KolorPage and MemoriesGame. The same character sets can become a ranking, a coloring page, a memory board or a spin, without asking the visitor to learn a new catalog.
